Wow I haven't updated this thing in ages. o__o

Well this summer has been PACKED, so be ready cuz I have SO MUCH to say!

I'll start with the sports. I'm captain of two teams: dragonboating and tennis.
Tennis has been really fun. There's a lot of potential this year, and meeting all the new members has been great. The only bad thing is that practice is at 6 AM from Mon-Fri, so I never really get to sleep in. = n = So tired... One thing we accomplished so far is UNIFORMS! We got these adorable pleated skirts that a gaillion times better than last year. pwahaha. x)

I also do dragonboating, which is..amazing. (for those that don't know, dragonboating is basically like crew. There are 20 people on a boat, two rows, one caller/drummer and one steersman.) The practices are INTENSE, and sometimes I just want to go home and drop dead for a couple of hours, but it alright because I love, love, LOVE my team. <33333 Almost twenty new people joined this year, and all of them are just awesome. Our team got bigger and stronger, and I think we can totally win...or at least improve our time. But best of all we have tons of fun. Hopefully we'll have a bonfire and another movie night before I leave...

for EUROPE! So this summer I'm going on a three-week tour of Europe!! I forget the details, but I know forsure that we'll hit up Paris, London, Rome, and any place in-between. (If anyone is actually reading this and has any tips for where we should go or what I should bring, feel free to tell me! Any suggestions are welcome. ) Anyways, I'll be leaving July 31, so I'll try REALLY HARD to get some of my drawings up by then (I have like...a whole notebook full =__=; )

hmm. What ELSE have I done? OH. I went to a college writing workshop that my school offers, and my head is STILL reeling. All that introspection over such a short amount of time cannot be healthy. But in the last hour of the very last day...I realized I could be an artist. It's never really been an option for me before, since I'm asian and all my parents want me to do is go to med school and become a doctor, but I'm honestly considering it now. It'll be hard, considering the fact that I don't have a portfolio and I've never taken an art class in my life, but I know I have the passion to do it. I dunno, it's just a thought--a dream, really--right now, but maybe I'll get lucky, right? > u > Again, if anyone has any tips for me, please share! Thanks.

Haha that was so much. x) I'm sure I'm missing something in there, but I think that sums up my summer pretty well..for the most part. I hope all your summers are fantastic as well, and will continue to be!
